I understand how difficult it is to complete everyday tasks when you are struggling in a fog of pain. Cooking a simple, tasty meal is satisfying and feels like a small victory. You have the ability to adjust meals according to your migraine cravings, or exclude the foods that you need to avoid. To better suit the needs of the migraineur community, I include substitute ingredients as often as possible.
