Migraine Munchies is a home cooking blog for delicious food that is adapted for people with chronic migraines. It can be very difficult to cook at all when you are frequently in pain and I hope to make that a bit easier. I have included simple meals to make during or after a migraine, and some that are more complex or time-consuming for when you feel more capable. Good days should have good food, too! And being able to make a meal that is satisfying and tasty feels like a migraine victory.
